Add support for Typograms as a diagram type in GitLab Flavoured Markdown

Proposal
GitLab already allows diagrams in issues and wikis, but the three supported methods have one thing in common — they are not very intuitive. There is an initial learning curve, and a much steeper one when trying to get the diagram to be laid out as you'd expect.
Google's Typograms allow basic ASCII diagrams to be rendered prettily without the need to learn a whole new language to do so.
Please could GitLab have support for Typograms whereever the other diagram types are supported?
A Typogram block could be indicated in the same way as other diagram types, such that this
```typogram
.------------------------.
|.----------------------.|
||"https://example.com" ||
|'----------------------'|
| ______________________ |
|| ||
|| Welcome! ||
|| ||
|| ||
|| .----------------. ||
|| | username | ||
|| '----------------' ||
|| .----------------. ||
|| |"*******" | ||
|| '----------------' ||
|| ||
|| .----------------. ||
|| | "Sign-up" | ||
|| '----------------' ||
|| ||
|+----------------------+|
.------------------------.
would render like this
