Show instance level default branch name value in group settings

Proposal

The placeholder text for the default branch name should show the instance level value rather than main. The gray text visible in the group settings seems to be a placeholder rather than the actual branch name value. But if it can show the instance level setting (if altered) would be really helpful.

For example, when we set master as the default branch name at the instance level, and navigate to the default branch name at the group level, the placeholder will show main.

The value/placeholder should show the value set at the instance level to indicate what's the current default branch name.
