Summary

Webhook can not connect to my server (in Hetzner Cloud) since three days ago. My web server is up. The gitlab server is gitlab.com.

Steps to reproduce

Click on the Test button in the Webhook Settings.

What is the current bug behavior?

Showing this error:

Hook execution failed: Failed to open TCP connection to x.x.x.x:443 (execution expired)

(I can send you the server IP address if it is needed)

What is the expected correct behavior?

Call the webhook service.
