Add a confirmation modal for when user attempts to delete a mirrored repository.

Just accidentally clicked this instead of the refresh button, and it auto deleted the mirroring. Our team has a time difference with gitlabs admins so now I have to wait for multiple hours for them to come re-link the deleted repository. Pretty frustrating as a user.
