No issue a href link in merge request title when using "Mark as ready"

Summary
When "Mark as ready" a merge request, link to the issue in the title is loosed on the current screen
Steps to reproduce
- Create an issue
- Create a Merge Request with title
#1 - some descriptionas a Draft and save it - On the page of the Merge Request, the "#1 (closed)" part is a link
- Use the hamburger menu to "Mark as ready" the merge request
- On the page of the Merge Request, the "#1 (closed)" part is no more a link
- If you reload the page, the title is rendering normally

When "Mark as ready" a merge request, title isn't processed the same way if the page is directly called
What is the expected correct behavior?
Title is always rendered the same way (with the hyperlink)
