Specify an administrator email to receive notification for "Repository checks failed"

If repository check got something failed , it will send notification to all administrator in Gitlab, but it requires no action for most admin in this email thread. Is it possible specify an administrator to receive emails for this repository notification instead of all administrators receiving notifications? Thanks.

I discovered a mailer responsible for this notification: RepositoryCheckMailer. It selects and notifies all active admins.

As an option, we can add a new field to the Repository checks form. It might accept a list of emails or users that should receive an email.
