Remove fallback to highlighting HAML with Rouge

Due to a bug in Highlight.js we currently fall back to highlighting HAML files with Rouge when viewing source code via the repository files browser.

We should remove the fallback once the bug has been fixed upstream.

(We'll need to ensure we've upgraded to the version of HLJS containing the fix)
