Idea Details

When looking at a merge request, outside of the code review, someone needs to determine if the merge request actually solves the problem it says it's trying to solve.

Proposal

We could consider having tools evaluate the referenced issue and the proposed changes of the merge request to see if it resolves the identified problem of the referenced issues.
