Add new GitLab project template - Zola/GitLab Pages

I wish to add a GitLab project template for a static site built with Zola and GitLab Pages. Here is a working example: vaibhavs.mishra/gitlab-template-zola.

This template will provide a scaffolding for people interested in building a static site with Zola and GitLab Pages, much like Hugo/GitLab Pages project template.
