Docs feedback: Update project-level rule doesn't support attribute rule_type

Problem to solve

The Merge request approvals API document attribute rule_type for Create group-level approval rules, Update group-level approval rules and Create project-level rule, but not for Update project-level rule. Not sure if it's just an omission in the doc or in the API and the doc.

Update the doc and possibly the API to support consistently the attribute rule_type.

PS: The list of supported attributes should be sorted consistently across the doc.
