Make it clear which comments I have an active reminder for

Problem

Sometimes I see a comment thread and I want to set a reminder for it, but I wonder if I've done that already or not. Out of caution I might set another reminder, which eventually will lead to inefficiency (being reminded of the same thing more than once).

Ideas

• Have a list of all my reminders - probably the simplest, but it's far from the context
• Show a visual indicator on the issue for which I've set a reminder - better, could live next to the todo/notification icons on the top right
• Show a visual indicator on the comment for which I've set a reminder - ideal, but assumes there is a link between reminders and comments. Not sure what the UI should look like for that.
