Add possibility to configure event_name in the System hook

I have a customer who would like a feature request regarding System hooks.

The feature request is that they would like to have the option to include the event_name in the system hook so that it would only trigger the system hook when this event_name is being triggered.

Maybe adding a dropdown that include the event_names
