User mapping - Review if we can map pipeline schedule owners

Pipeline schedules are mapped to the user who triggered the import, regardless of whether email or placeholder user mapping is used.

I couldn't find why pipeline schedules are mapped to the importing user. I believe this was done as part of a security matter. Since I don't know the real motivation, the same behavior was kept when placeholder user mapping was integrated into Direct Transfer.

This issue aims to evaluate if pipeline schedules can be mapped to placeholder users, allowing them to be reassigned.
