Investigate how HMAC authentication influence Status checks on Branch rules edit

There has been a new addition to Status checks - Add authentication to merge request external status checks. We should investigate how it influences setting status checks per specific branch from Branch rule details page;

• does it make sense to have this field when setting a check just for a branch/branches with specific name pattern?
• should we reuse status_checks/components/form.vue inside ee/app/assets/javascripts/projects/settings/branch_rules/components/view/status_checks to avoid diverging in the future?
