Don't show "Project" dropdown on "New workspace" form when creating workspace from a project

Problem

Currently we show the "Project" dropdown even when the user is trying to launch a new workspace from a specific project. That's confusing and unnecessary as the user already chose what project to use for the new workspace.

Solution

Don't show the "Project" dropdown when launching a new workspace from a project.
