Update Duo Chat to use Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet (rather than 3)

Update Duo Chat to a new version of Claude Sonnet.

As we're right now in the process of migrating Chat agent to AI Gateway, so we need to update only AI Gateway Duo Chat agent.
