Updating Commit API and User API to return the fingerprint of GPG and SSH keys

Proposal

It would be great if the User API would display the public fingerprint of the User's SSH keys or GPG keys - then if the user signs their commits with either an SSH key or GPG key, if we could show that fingerprint in the Commit API. That way we could somehow tie a user to a commit (provided they haven't shared their private GPG or SSH key to someone else.)
