You're a reviewer on an MR -> You've submitted a comment review -> you approve -> your approval status does not update until page refresh

When you have not added any review yet and you add one (by, for example, submitting a "Comment" type review), then the icon for your review status in the Reviewers widget updates. But if you then approve by commenting /approve, your approval status icon does not update. It will be correct on the next page load.

Steps to reproduce

1. On an MR where you are an assigned reviewer, submit a reivew of type "Comment"
2. You wills see that the icon for your review status in the Reviewers widget goes from the dotted-circle icon to the blue comment icon. It updates without needing a page load.
3. Now add another comment and use /approve to approve the MR
4. You will see that your approval status icon does not change from the comment icon
5. Refresh the page
6. You will see that your approval status icon is correct (green approved checkmark icon) after page refresh
