Allow disabling of notifications for Draft Merge Requests
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
The Notification features of GitLab are generally great, however, significant developer activity in the early phase of a Merge Request can be very chatty and difficult for reviewers and observers to decide when to pay attention. Requesting to be able to disable MR notifications when status is Draft.
