  If we are totally removing the resolve and unresolve actions here we need to also remove them from the routes here or come up with some sort of deprecation plan.

  Also, can you point me to the last time these were referenced/used? I want to ensure I understand why this is ok to remove now and seeing when it was last used/removed will help with that.
