Migrate `button-element-vue` in `app/assets/javascripts/behaviors/markdown/render_math.js`

Detected usage of a plain <button> element inside JS/Vue file. Please consider using the GlButton component from @gitlab/ui.

This is very closely related to #455642 (closed), and the two should probably be tackled together.
