Summary

In #442350 (closed) (!147534 (diffs)) we implemented a temporary solution to fix the pagination under New project > Template > Group.

This issue is about replacing the temporary solution with a more permanent solution.

Possible solutions

Replace the Kaminari pagination with the pagination Vue component.
