Add merge request "Ready to merge" status to Jira dev panel

Gitlab <-> Jira integration feature request. Additionaly to Merge request general status (Open/Closed/Merged, etc.) it would be nice to have an "mergeable" status of MR in the jira integration. (Can be found in widget.json response, and actually shows the "Merge button" in MR interface)

So even team members withoud access to Gitlab, but with access to Jira can see the approved status of the MR. It can be done as an checkbox, or text, doesn't mater. It is a part of this issue: link, but maybe it can be delivered faster, withoud MR reviwers data.
