GitLab for Slack - Action buttons are disabled when inheriting from group / instance level settings

I think this might be something to look into a bit more around how "Use default settings" / "Use custom settings" should work. I think we should allow switching back and forth between the group (or instance) and project settings.
Of course if this seems a bit too complicated, we can do a follow-up for the frontend as this is behind a feature flag.
