New navigation offset beyond browser edge with small fonts

Upon upgrading to v16.7.x I was greeted with a message about the new navigation and submitting feedback about it...

With default font size of 12 in Mozilla Firefox (v123.0) the navigation sub-menus are offset beyond the browser edge:

• Zooming in 160% pushes the sub-menus back into the browser frame

• I cannot reproduce in chrome based browsers even if reducing the font to minuscule size
