[Feature request] Opening link to a deleted note in gitlab does not show any indication that the note no longer exists

When I click a comment's link from my email to launch the corresponding comment in gitlab website, there is no indication that the note might have been deleted. A small prompt to say "note deleted" or "cannot find note" would be a much better UX.

Currently we try to continuously refresh the page thinking perhaps gitlab is glitchy...
