Install VSCode AuthenticationProvider extension via Tools Injector in Workspaces

Description

As a workspaces user, I want the Workspaces' AuthenticationProvider VSCode extension to be built-in into my workspace so that I can use the Settings Sync feature.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When a workspaces start, the Workspaces AuthenticationProvider VSCode extension is already installed in the VSCode server as a built-in extension.
