Issue

show_last_commit_as_description doesn't seem to actually ever render (at least I've never seen a project list with the last commit in place of a description)

Proposal

• Make it work properly

OR

• Remove it altogether. Does it make sense to show the last commit as a project description (eg handbook -- update 2 files)
