Suggested improvement: Consider adding high level overview of MR size on the `Overview` tab

Multiple users mentioned that they would like to know right away how big a merge request is. The counter on the Changes tab is useful but not very detailed. A file could have one changed file but hundreds of changed lines.

Consider adding the +25 -54 overview on the main Overview tab, or maybe persist it somewhere in the top section.
