The "Mark as resolved" and "Add reaction" buttons are easy to confuse.

The "Mark as resolved" and "Add reaction" buttons are both circles that sometimes appear in the leftmost control position, so it is easy to confuse the two. I have marked a comment as resolved when intending to add a reaction at least a few times.
