Problem to solve

Unlike discussions attached to issues and merge requests, discussions attached to commits are not saved as part of the export process and will not be included in imported projects.

This means that, unless someone manually recreates all of these discussions, they will lose the content. There is no way to preserve the timelines or attributions for these discussions.

Proposal

Include discussions attached to commits in the export process.
