GraphQL: Rename services to integrations

Description

This is part of the effort to rename services to integrations &2504 (closed).

The GraphQL work would be to copy the existing objects and rename them, deprecating Project.services and code-commenting the old objects to say that they're deprecated &6186 (comment 600888053).
