Notification for commit whenever a new commit to the issue.

Hi

Currently we are using gitlab version CE 13.2.8, I am not getting any email notification whenever a new commit mention happens to the issue. is that possible to get notification for commit in issue, If no is that possible add this as a feature in upcoming gitlab CE version ?
