Proposal

So we would like to push to our repository gpg-signed commits automatically from CI. We can use an access token to be able to push, but there is no place where we could register the public gpg key so that those commits could be verified.

So I think we need group or project way to register public gpg keys for commits which are not associated with regular users, but bot users.
