Indent expandable contents of a report in a merge request

Problem to solve

The merge request widget is becoming harder and harder to parse. We have many items that are expandable and when expanded, it's hard to see which belongs to which.

Here's an example of all available reports being expanded.

Intended users

• Delaney (Development Team Lead)
• Sasha (Software Developer)
• Devon (DevOps Engineer)
• Sidney (Systems Administrator)
• Sam (Security Analyst)
• Dana (Data Analyst)

Proposal

Make the expandable items indented, each one under its respective report.
