Update our front end to use the new (non-deprecated) GraphQL Enum values

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/67013 introduces some deprecations of our existing GraphQL Enums in order to standardise them (see &1838 for standards).

This issue represents the work to update our front end to use the new non-deprecated GraphQL Enum values.
