Docs feedback: Webhook doc for Issue events does not mention event_type confidential_issue

The documentation for Webhook Issue Events does not mention that "event_type": "confidential_issue" for confidential issues. This is in contrast with the Comment on an Issue section which does mention that "the event_type is set to confidential_note for confidential issues."

For completeness (and to reduce the amount of surprise ;) it'd be nice to mention this.
