Docs feedback: Missing prerequisite for enabling feature flag for group import

The documentation for Migrating GitLab Groups > Migrate groups by direct transfer is missing a requirement under "Prerequisites" to fully enabling direct transfer of groups to also import projects.
To enable the import of projects with groups, an Admin must enable the bulk_import_projects flag. This was mentioned in this GitLAb.com blog post but is not mentioned in GitLab documentation which caused me some anguish.
Mentioning this feature flag to enable Group direct transfer with projects may assist other admins in the future, especially those performing transfers between self-hosted instances.
