Allow filtering of information in Discord Integration

Give more granular control to what is being sent in a Discord message.

For example, in my use case, I do not want users receiving the Discord message to see anything BUT the commit message. In this case, the rest of the information is sensitive and unnecessary.

It would be great to have a choice of what is shown and what is not.
