Add cancel functionality to Import history and project view pages

Problem

Cancelling import of projects that are pending or in progress has been implemented in Cancel project imports from GitHub - backend (#364783 - closed) and Cancel GitHub project imports - frontend (#247325 - closed).

Comment points attention to other places the cancel functionality could be added:

• Import history page includes currently running imports as well.
• If you navigate to a project when it is importing a page is displayed (project view page).

Proposed solution

We could embed cancel functionality on those pages as well.
