Add links to links, licenses etc across different package managers files

In this epic we are adding links to packages across different files package managers files: example: gemspec.

Apart from packages, there are other things which could be liked - homepages, git repositories(basically almost everything starting from "https://"), licenses etc.

Would be nice to have those linked as well.
