We have a unique use case where we want to allow https cloning access for a few of our repositories. Our Gitlab setup:

• It is privately hosted enterprise version
• Only user on our company's VPN can access it
• Repositories can be cloned only via SSH

We are using a 3rd party application and we need to import our code on Gitlab to their servers. Unfortunately their servers only allow cloning via https. We don't want to enable https cloning for all our repos and hence we want a feature where you can do that at the Group, folder and project level.
