Feature Request: MR comments in the Web IDE

It would be really great if MR comments were exposed in the Web IDE for viewing/adding/replying/etc... This allows for low-context communication when addressing feedback rather than needing to open the MR in one window/tab and the Web IDE in another window/tab, and switching between the two.
