Idea: somehow mention environments on the pipelines page

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

On our recent "Think Big" about increasing usage of "Environments" session @shinya.maeda mentioned that

Environments and deployments are not on the critical path

Users can easily set up the deployment pipeline without using our "environments/deployments" features. And then they can just use "pipelines" views and do everything from there:

  1. if you deploy automatically you'll see all statuses on the pipeline view
  2. if you deploy manually, you can find the manual job and press the "start" button.

I suggest we add some information about environments to the page, e.g.:

If the pipeline does not have environments, we can show some other state hinting at environments feature:

and upon hovering/clicking on (?) we can show more information(we can just start with the link to docs)
