The Epic and Issue boards do not render embeded emojies from the title field

Summary

The Epic and Issue boards do not render embeded emojies from the title fields of both epics and issues.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new epic that has an embeded emoji in the title field.

After saving the new epic the details window is correctly showing the epic title with the rendered emoji:

When looking at the Epic board, the epic title doesn't render the emoji in the title field:

The issue board is also not rendering any embeded emoji:
