Failed to check mergeability of merge request - Removal Request

Proposal

Based off of this previous MR that was merged back in version 14.8, I believe the error is still being written in the logs. I would like to propose that, if this is an error to be ignored, that we remove it from the logs.

If this is not something to be ignored, are we able to revisit this error?
