💬 Feedback: Finish review dropdown

Current feature

When you go to click Finish review, you are presented with a dropdown (or dropup?) to add an optional summary comment to your review. On submit, this comment will be posted along with all your other review comments.

You can also use quick actions to streamline your workflow.

Future enhancements

• Add Approve checkbox
• Look into other ways to incorporate this into "Review rounds"
