Summary

Some customers get an error Hook executed successfully but returned HTTP 400 missing_text_or_fallback_or_attachments when testing a custom webhook.

The error occurs when configuring Slack in the custom webhook.

It appears that the custom webhook works despite the error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a webhook (for Slack integration) on a project
2. Click on the test button to test the integration
3. The test will fail with the above error

What is the current bug behavior?

Doing a test on a webhook configuration results in the above error.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The test does not fail.
