Filter/Sort data within feature flag groups
Problem to solve
The data within a feature flag group has the potential of being large. Adding the ability to sort and filter makes edit/view this data much more manageable.
Note: This issue is to address data within a feature flag group, not to be confused with #35753 that address the sorting/filtering of groups in the list view.
