File not found when editing an existing file in a repository and committing

Summary

I edit a file in the single file editor, try to commit and it says file does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/update/master/metadata/eu.quelltext.memory.yml Edit the file. Click commit. The bug appears.
